Wayo shared the footage from a hiring panel at one of its Community Workdays. Leo cleaned up the room audio, indexed the panel and the day around it, and cut 18 reels with hook cards, scheduled across Instagram and YouTube from 8 September to 7 October.

What Leo did
Clean up the room
The panel was recorded in a working venue. Leo isolated the voices, blended them back with the room, and levelled the result.
Index the whole day
The panel recordings and the day’s camera clips were broken into scenes that can be searched by what is said and shown.
One audience per channel
Instagram was set up around coworking and YouTube around the space itself, so the same footage is cut two ways.
Hooks, covers and copy
Hook cards drawn from what the panel said, new covers, and a caption and first comment written for Wayo on every reel.
Frequently asked questions
Can you make social content from a panel recorded in a busy room?
Yes. The panel was recorded in a working venue, so Leo isolated the voices, blended them back with the room sound and levelled the result before any clips were cut.
How many reels can one panel make?
Here, two panel recordings of 17.5 and 9.2 minutes, plus the day’s camera clips, became 18 reels scheduled over 30 days.
Is this the same Wayo as the workday case study?
Yes. The earlier case study covers a July workday that Leo filmed. This one covers footage Wayo shared from a hiring panel.
