An AI voiceover launch video at our studio takes an intro call and story brief, a script written with you, three realistic AI voices reading it, the cut with your footage, two rounds of changes, every size, and an AI label where needed. Delivery is 7 working days once the story and voice are approved. It costs $700, or $595 a video monthly.

A lot of AI voiceover advice ends with an audio file. For a launch video, the file is the easy part. The voice has to read a script written for this launch, sit on a cut of your real product, carry a label wherever a platform wants one, and arrive in every size the launch needs, before the day it ships.
Here is the whole route from story to final cut, the way our studio runs it.
What do you need to send for an AI voiceover launch video?
Less than you might expect. Three things:
- Your site’s address. On the full launch video, our agents read your live site and rebuild your real screens, colours and type as animated mockups.
- The story, on the intro call. What launches, who it’s for, and the one line the video must land.
- Any real footage you have. Screen recordings, product b-roll, a clip of the team. A brand kit or design files help, but they’re optional.
You don’t send a script, because it’s written with you, and you don’t shop for a voice, because three are sent to you already reading your script. Nobody goes on camera. If you have no footage at all, a screen recording session with our team is a $200 add-on.
How does an AI voiceover launch video get made, step by step?
Eight steps, in the order they happen:
- Book the intro call and agree the story brief. A free 30-minute call about what you’re launching, for whom, and the one line it must land. The story brief is written with you after it, and you get a fixed quote. You’re invoiced after the call; nothing is charged online.
- Approve the script. The script the voice reads is written with you from the story brief. Read it aloud once before you say yes. Anything you stumble on is worth rewriting now, while it costs nothing.
- Pick one of three realistic AI voices. All three read your script, so you judge them on your own words, not a demo line. Pick one, or ask for another read. None of them is ever a clone of a real person’s voice.
- Approve the mockups (full launch video only). Our agents read your live site and rebuild your real screens as animated browser, app and phone views, in your colours and type. Our team checks every frame, and you approve the mockups before anything is cut.
- The cut, with your real footage. Your footage, the voice and, on the full tier, the mockups are cut together with on-screen text, captions and music cleared for social. No shoot day.
- Two rounds of changes. You review the cut and send changes, twice. If you need a third round, it’s $75.
- Every size. Vertical 9:16 for Reels and Shorts, wide 16:9 for YouTube. The full launch video adds an animated end card with your logo, date and link, and a 10 to 15 second teaser cut. Square or 4:5 is a $100 add-on.
- The AI label, then your files. We add an AI label wherever a platform requires one (which platforms ask, and how), then hand over the final files, which are yours once paid for. If you want, Leo schedules them to Instagram and YouTube.
What do you approve before anything is cut?
The studio page puts it plainly: nothing is cut until you’ve said yes. On the voice tier that means two approvals, the story brief (with the script) and the voice. The full launch video adds a third, the mockups.
Those approvals do two jobs. They stop a cut being built on a story you haven’t agreed, and they start the clock: delivery days count from the day we have your approved story, voice and any mockups.
Approving the voice well is quick. Play all three reads on a phone, at the volume you’d watch a Reel. Check how each one says your product name, any price and any URL. Then pick the one that fits your buyer rather than the one you like most; matching an AI voice to your buyer goes through which style suits which moment.
How long does a launch video with an AI voiceover take?
| Tier | Delivered in | What you approve before the clock starts |
|---|---|---|
| Launch cut, no voice | 5 working days | The story brief |
| Launch cut + realistic voice | 7 working days | The story brief and script, then the voice |
| The full launch video | 10 working days | The story brief and script, the voice, the mockups |
If the date is close, delivery in 3 working days costs 30% more. To hit a launch date, count back from the day it ships: the delivery days for your tier, the days you’ll need to approve the brief, the voice and any mockups, and some slack so your team can answer each round of changes quickly. The approvals are the part you control.
What does an AI voiceover launch video cost?
A launch cut with a realistic AI voice is $700 a video, or $595 a video on a monthly rolling plan of 2 or more videos, which you can stop with 30 days’ notice. The full launch video, with your product animated from your live site, is $1,200, or $1,020 monthly. Without a voice, the launch cut is $500, or $425 a video monthly.
Add-ons, from launch video pricing:
- Screen recording session with our team, if you have no footage: $200
- Extra round of changes: $75
- Delivery in 3 working days: +30%
- Another language, voice and captions: $150
- Square or 4:5 size: $100
Prices are in US dollars, per finished video, before tax, fixed in a quote after the call. The voice and the music are cleared for posts and for paid ads, so the same files can run as an ad without buying another licence.
For how that compares with an agency, a freelancer or an avatar tool, see what a product launch video costs. For what it costs to have a person read the script instead, see AI voice vs a voice actor.
When should you skip the voiceover?
Not every launch video needs a narrator, and the $500 launch cut is built for the ones that don’t: your footage cut with on-screen text, captions and music, vertical and wide, two rounds of changes, in 5 working days. I’d choose it when:
- The product moment is visual and obvious in a few seconds, like a before and after, and a voice would only describe what the viewer can already see.
- The video will mostly play in feeds with the sound off, so the text has to carry the story anyway.
- The story is personal, such as a founder explaining why they built it. That calls for a real voice, yours or a hired one; when a person is the better call goes through it.
The reverse holds too. If the buyer needs the product explained, not just shown, a voice is worth the extra $200.
Where to start
If your launch has a date, start with the intro call, because everything after it runs from the story you agree there. It’s 30 minutes, free, and you leave with a fixed quote. Book a free intro call, or look round the launch video studio and hear the three sample voices first.
Agree the story, pick the voice, approve what you see, then let the clock run.
