What the Data Revealed
Before creating a single new piece of content, we audited the brand's existing library to understand what they already had and what their audience was actually responding to. This revealed over 700 potential clips from their YouTube livestreams that could be repurposed into post-ready content.
From there, we built a profile of their ideal audience using our existing data on high-intent buyers most likely to convert. Each day, we selected trending topics, matched them with the most relevant clips from their library, and generated scripts and voiceovers to produce short-form videos from their livestream footage, tailored to resonate with that audience.
